Nah, that dangerous stuff is pure dihydrogen oxide. If you dilute it enough -- with lead, mercury, calcium, fluoride, etc. -- it's safe enough.
Actually, it just occurred to me where they sell legitimate dehydrated water -- homebrew shops. If you have "soft" water (tap water without enough minerals in it) you can buy a package of chemicals that will sufficiently "harden" your water enough to make a decent beer.
